Most, if not all, of the 3 great religions that trace their origin to Prophet Abraham (a.s.) believe that the Garden of Eden is on planet Earth. I have a different interpretation, which I will not impose upon others, as I may be wrong. God gave us all a gift of knowledge, with varying degrees that are shaped primarily by our experiences and level of understanding. Based on the Qur’an verses where Adam and Eve, probably with other Earth settlers, were banished, I believe that the Garden of Eden that we likewise perceive to be Paradise is not of this planet. However, compared to the other planets in our solar system, Earth is a paradise. If the Garden of Eden is located on earth, it should not be hard to find in the same way that we know where Mecca, Babylon, and Jerusalem are.
