Before refugees can troop back to their homes shattered by

before anyone can be tried for the multi-billion pork-barrel scam comes the
mega typhoon considered the strongest not only for year 2013 but the strongest
ever to hit anywhere on the planet and it chose the Philippines. No wonder
author Dan Brown called Manila; capital of a God forsaken country the “Gate of
Hell.”
