Our initial response to the 20 billion pesos budget of ARMM
is hmm; that is big money. Many of us think of the ARMM budget as earmarked for
development, and yet we see minimal, if any, changes in ARMM. Actually,
20 billion is not much if we know what it is for. Since ARMM is
supposedly autonomous, the 20 billion represents the entire budget of the government that includes the DPWH, DepED, MOH, LGU, etc. Must watch 27 minutes “Pasaway” interview of
the ARMM governor, and yeah, Ignorance is no excuse for the crime of thought.
