▶ STATE OF THE NATION: Team P-Noy vs Team Pacquiao

If super typhoon ‘Yolanda’ knocked down TEAM-P-Noy for their snail pace response to the storm’s aftermath; TEAM-Paquiao will knock them out. If you are looking for a fist fight; you must never choose a Super-Hero for an opponent especially at a time when the people’s champ has just lifted the Filipinos pride to dizzying heights. Manny should not pay a single cent of taxes to the government. Tatanga-tanga ang mga abogado ni Pacquiao. Manny is an “OFW” meaning he is not liable to pay taxes to the government in recognition of his sacrifices; suntok, bugbog, luha, dugo at pawis sa ibang bansa. He should sue the government for dishonesty and demand a refund of every single cent he paid in the form of taxes from earnings he made outside of the country. Mabuhay ang mga OFWs; Mabuhay ka Manny!

KNOW THE TRUTH: "PASAWAY" interview of the ARMM Governor...

Our initial response to the 20 billion pesos budget of ARMM is hmm; that is big money. Many of us think of the ARMM budget as earmarked for development and yet we see very little if at all any changes in ARMM. Actually; 20 billion is comparatively not much if we know what it is for. Since ARMM is supposedly autonomous; the 20 billion represent the entire budget of the government that includes the DPWH, DepED, MOH, LGU etc.  Must watch 27 minutes “Pasaway” interview of the ARMM governor and yea; Ignorance is no excuse for the crime of thought.

"WE ARE THE WORLD" Philippines...

This is absolutely brilliant. I don’t know who made this but whether it is the uploader ‘Kevin Ayson’ or not…I say thank you Kevin. It is real touching and if I remember correctly; the “We Are the World” video launched by the late Michael Jackson was made for another storm where thousands likewise died some years back. It was in Bangladesh if my memory serves me right; a poor Muslim country. The whole world mobilized in response to that catastrophe the same way that the world is now responding to the aftermath of super typhoon “Haiyan” in the Philippine.

Incredible Look At Mars

Dear Nosca,

From the highest volcano to the deepest canyon, from impact craters to ancient river beds and lava flows, this showcase of images from the
European Space Agency's Mars Express takes you on an unforgettable journey across the Red Planet.

Mars Express was launched on June 2, 2003 and arrived at Mars six-and-a-half months later. It has since orbited the planet nearly 12,500 times, providing scientists with unprecedented images and data collected by its suite of scientific instruments.

The data have been used to create an almost global digital topographic model of the surface, providing a unique visualization and enabling researchers to acquire new and surprising information about the evolution of the Red Planet. (4 minutes)

GLOBAL CITY: SM Aura...

With cramped up spaces in the cities; I always wonder why malls don’t convert their rooftops into parks where shoppers can relax and sip drinks or take their coffees and with technology turning everyone into a camera bearing robots; you can expect most if not all to make a trip to the viewing deck for a photo shoot. Not only will it increase a mall’s income; it will invite more shoppers than a multi-million peso worth of TV or billboards commercials ever do. When I earth-Google SM Aura (Global City); the first thing I observed was the roof-deck that look like a park just as I have envisioned in my mind. Hmm! I was right…these are some photos I took of Nishreen at the garden top of SM Aura. It is certainly a new trend in malls although I was told that Singapore did it first that is if she didn't copy it from somewhere else.

DISASTER NATION BATTERED BY MEGA TYPHOON…!

Before refugees can troop back to their homes shattered by bullets in a long week battle against secessionist in Zamboanga; before the people of Bohol can go back to rebuild their homes wrecked by a 7.2 earthquake and before anyone can be tried for the multi-billion pork-barrel scam comes the mega typhoon considered the strongest not only for year 2013 but the strongest ever to hit anywhere on the planet and it chose the Philippines. No wonder author Dan Brown called Manila; capital of a God forsaken country the “Gate of Hell.”
