I was at one time reading a scientific journal where a team
of scientist explained why it is not yet possible to send human missions
neither to the moon nor to Mars. The following reasons stuck to my mind because
it shocked me beyond words: 1) No suit has yet been invented that will protect
astronauts from killer radiation through the “Van Allen Radiation belt” that
surrounds earth far out in space. It will fry humans even inside their
spaceships passing through the radiation belt. 2) NASA doesn't have the
technology to land a man on the moon or Mars and fly him out. Any journey to
Mars will have to be a one way trip. And in another article; it says that the
moon is covered with cosmic dust between 3 to 6 feet thick that will virtually
sink an astronaut and so fine it will plug and stick to machines. It is
shocking because the Apollo missions were like a walk in the park. If they did
it repeatedly in 1969; why can’t they do it now with technology even far
advanced than in 1969 unless the Apollo moon landings were faked?
