LARGEST ROCK TO HIT EARTH IN MORE THAN 100 YEARS



Meteor that crashed in Russia is the largest to have hit earth in more than a 100 YEARS, claim scientists

·         Experts say the meteor weighed 100,000 tonnes and was 55 feet wide
·         The rock created a 50-foot hole in a frozen lake near Chelyabinsk
·         Scientists say they have located 53 tiny fragments of the meteor 
·         Stones have magnetic field and emit unusually high traces of radiation
