World War 3: The Greatest Irony of our Time

Khaddaffy:

Americans fought alongside Saddam Hussein against Khomeini. He was their friend. Cheyenne was a friend of Saddam Hussein. Rumsfeld, the US secretary of defense at the time Iraq was destroyed was a close friend of Saddam Hussein.

Ultimately, they sold him out and hanged him. You are friends of America. Let's say that 'we' are, not 'you' but one of these days, America may hang us.

(very prophetic indeed)

KHADDAFY'S SPEECH AT AN ARAB LEAGUE SUMMIT (2008) Excerpt:

Along comes a foreign power, occupies an Arab country and hang its Arab president and we all sit on the sidelines, laughing.

How can a POW be hanged, an Arab president of an Arab country and a member of the Arab League no less. I am not talking about the policies of Saddam Hussein or disagreements we had with him. We all had disagreements with him and we have disagreements among ourselves here.

We share nothing beyond this hall.

An entire Arab leadership was executed by hanging yet we sit on the sidelines. Why?

Anyone of you might be the next. Yes!

Americans fought alongside Saddam Hussein against Khomeini. He was their friend. Cheyenne was a friend of Saddam Hussein. Rumsfeld, the US secretary of defence at the time Iraq was destroyed was a close friend of Saddam Hussein.

Ultimately, they sold him out and hanged him. You are friends of America. Let's say that 'we' are, not 'you' but one of these days, America may hang us.

We are the enemies of one another, I'm sad to say. We all hate one another, we deceive one another, we gloat over the misfortune of one another and we conspire against one another. Our intelligence agencies conspire against one another instead of defending us against the enemy. We are the enemies of one another and an Arab's enemy is another Arab's friend.

If only we used such ferocity against the enemy. We meet in Syria which is an Arab country but the relation of Syria has with Russia, Iran or Turkey are a thousand times better than its relation with its Arab neighbours. The relations that Libya has with Italy are a thousand times better than its relation with its neighbour; Egypt and Tunisia.

This is the situation of the Arabs.

WHEN YOUR TIME IS NOT YET...

Because of the common use of cell-phones and car dashboard cameras these days; hardly will there be any unusual events on the street that will not be caught on camera like for instance the meteor that recently fell over Russia. It was caught on cameras as it streaks across the sky.

THE PARLIAMENT DEBATE that saved Assad for the moment…

The war in Syria is really messy, especially for Muslims. It is a sectarian war by any other name and for the unbelieving west to inflame it further is…evil. I am a Muslim but I would rather do what is right than what is politically correct. Some Muslims think that they know better than God.  They think that God is so helpless that He needs the believers to do despicable things to do his biddings…God forbids. But imagine this; a Muslim pays a Kaf’r to destroy another Muslim…ast’gfirullah! Do you think that poor USA will waste all its bombs and other resources to destroy another Muslim nation without someone promising to pay for it…? What is Iraq or Libya or Syria to the well being of USA; nothing! These are poor third world nations of little consequence to the world and to USA so why…?

USA is a bounty hunter…Django unchained.

Obama after the Parliament vote in U.K. must have felt abandoned by its most rabid war dog so he too have decided to turn to congress looking for an ally. USA has to accept that France is no substitute for the great Great Britain’s loyalty especially in time of war.

SYRIA...another American war for the Jews

Quotes:

It is a Jewish cause in which every American will die for…

Pax America is dying; pax Judea rises in its place…

Fighting for the Jews abroad is a sick and dying empire licking its own wounds at home…

THE VANISHING MUD-HOMES OF SAUDI ARABIA

Today, I took some pictures of the vanishing mud brick homes of Saudi Arabia. When I first arrived in this town, I could virtually count the number of houses made of cement blocks with my fingers. More than 30 years later, I could count the numbers of houses made of mud bricks that still stands with my fingers. 90% of houses then were mud bricks. I lived in one because there was no other choice with baby scorpions crawling under my bed. With Saudi Arabia’s increasing affluence; 95% of today’s homes are palatial mansions.

QUOTES OF COMPASSION…best ever!

It is a man's sympathy with all creatures that truly makes him a man. Until he extends his circle of compassion to all living things, man himself will not find peace." -  Albert Schweitzer

"I can do no other than be reverent before everything that is called life. I can do no other than to have compassion for all that is called life. That is the beginning and the foundation of all ethics." -  Albert Schweitzer

"By compassion we mean the deep feeling that comes when we recognize our soul's reflection in another person, when that other person's pain or joy becomes our own. Cindy Spring , Charles Garfield "Wisdom Circles "

"Compassion is an emotion of which we ought never to be ashamed. Graceful, particularly in youth, is the tear of sympathy, and the heart that melts at the tale of woe. We should not permit ease and indulgence to contract our affections, and wrap us up in a selfish enjoyment; but we should accustom ourselves to think of the distresses of human, life, of the solitary cottage; the dying parent, and the weeping orphan. Nor ought we ever to sport with pain and distress in any of our amusements, or treat even the meanest insect with wanton cruelty."Hugh Blair

IRAN: USA’s Military Action Will Spark Disaster

Iran: U.S. military action in Syria would spark 'disaster'
By Ben Brumfield and Joe Sterling, CNN
August 28, 2013 -- Updated 1634 GMT (0034 HKT)

"Starting this fire will be like a spark in a large store of gunpowder, with unclear and unspecified outcomes and consequences," Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei told Iranian Cabinet members in Tehran on Wednesday.

"The West handles the Islamic world the way a monkey handles a grenade," Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said on Twitter.

"The U.S. threats and possible intervention in Syria is a disaster for the region and if such an act is done, certainly, the Americans will sustain damage like when they interfered in Iraq and Afghanistan."
President Hassan Rouhani, also speaking to the Cabinet, said people in the Middle East and the world won't accept "a new war" and deplored threats to use force.

"Any adventurism in the region will pose irreparable dangers to the stability of the region and the world and will merely lead to the spread of extremism and terrorism in the region," Rouhani said.
He called on the U.N. inspectors to carry out unbiased investigations to identify the culprits behind the chemical weapons use in Syria, and said, "Each and every measure should be taken with respect to the sensitive situation of the region, rapid ending of the internal crisis, and prevention of extremism in the region and in the framework of the international rules and regulations."

Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif likened a possible attack to a return to "the Middle Ages."
Zarif condemned any possible military intervention in Syria on Wednesday, warning of "graver conditions" should strikes be carried out.
