TIME IS THE ENEMY...

Thank you all...I wish I could be 1 year younger than 1 year older :-(
Time is the one enemy that we cannot fight and hope to win. One way or another...even the universe will one day succumb to the ravages of time. The stars will lose their luster and the sun will cease to shine :-(

TIME TRAVEL IS EASIER THAN WE THINK
THE PROPHET’S NIGHT JOURNEY: A TRAVEL IN TIME

IF TIME TRAVEL IS NOT POSSIBLE…JESUS’ SECOND COMING WILL REMAIN A MYTH THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN

The angel Gabriel, according to the Prophet’s account of his NIGHT JOURNEY, took him from Mecca on a ride to Jerusalem on the back of a “BURAK,” a winged creature that was obviously not of this world. Prophet Abraham, Moses, and Jesus (May peace be upon them all) were already at the Temple Mount when he and the angel arrived. Together, they prayed with the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.), leading the prayer (as Imam) before they traveled to the heavens, where each received a mission from God. (The full story could be found in many Islamic websites.)
It is, however, hard to imagine that God had resurrected the Prophets Abraham, Moses, and Jesus, may peace be upon them all, so that they could pray with the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.). If one takes a closer look, one realizes that their presence had nothing to do with the prophet’s journey, meaning their presence was not vital to his mission. Obviously, they were there for a reason of their own or God’s, and none of them were dead yet at the time. They just happened to be in the same TIME BOAT, and the TEMPLE MOUNT WAS THE PLACE OF ASSEMBLY BEFORE THEY SAIL TO THE HEAVENS.
We know from the Bible that God took Moses up on an Eagle’s wings to the heavens during the time he was on the mountain in Sinai, a Biblical fact that Christians have often overlooked or ignored to this day. The Eagle’s wing in Exodus 19:3 is another version of the “Burak” and the “Chariot of Fire” that brought the Prophet Mohammad and Prophet Elijah, may peace be upon them both, to heaven respectively. Moses’ hairs turned completely WHITE when he climbed down from the mountain, possibly an effect of time travel thousands of years into the future and back.
Muslims and Christians believe that Jesus was taken up to heaven and is expected to come back. Similarly, Prophet Elijah was taken up to heaven in a chariot of fire hundreds of years before Jesus. The Muslims, in contrast to Christians, believe that Jesus, like Elijah, was alive when taken up to heaven; hence, both are expected for an earthly-bound second coming journey. Elijah, too, was expected to come back, but didn’t to this day. We know from the prophet’s account of his trip that all the biblical/Qur’anic prophets, beginning with Adam, were present in heaven, and he never referred to them as being in spirit. Like him, they were all in heaven, bodies and souls.
Since we know that Prophet Moses and Prophet Mohammad [May Peace Be upon Them Both] returned to their people, we have to assume that all the prophets returned to their respective places in time, except for Jesus, Elijah, and possibly others we are not aware of. Prophet Jesus promised his disciples that he would return to them, in fact, during their lifetime. (I tell you the truth; some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.) He didn’t expect that God would send him to another place in time so far away from his own; THE SECOND COMING.
Chapter 18 of the Holy Qur’an tells the story of the CAVE SLEEPERS. God had the SLEEPING YOUTHS and their DOG TIME TRANSPORTED 309 YEARS INTO THE FUTURE. “If you have seen the transformation of the youths,” the Qur’an further states, “you would have been terrified and run.” I believe that this particular verse refers to the moment in time when the youths were sucked into a time tunnel (or wormhole). Although they did not end up in another galaxy, THEY WOKE UP INSIDE THE SAME CAVE BUT IN A DIFFERENT PLACE IN TIME 309 LUNAR YEARS INTO THEIR FUTURE.
Chapter 2:259 of the Holy Qur’an tells of a similar story. A traveller doubted in his heart if God could bring back a ruined city (the city of Sodom?), which he was passing through, to its former glory. “But Allah caused him to die a hundred years and then raised him up again. He said: ‘How long did thou tarry?’ Thus he said: ‘Perhaps a day or part of a day.’ He said: ‘Nay, thou hast tarried thus a hundred years. But look at thy food and thy drink; they showed no signs of age, and look at thy donkey: and that we make of thee a sign unto the people.”
For a donkey to stand for 100 years and a dog to sit for 309 years was no joke. I don’t believe God was trying to be funny. Obviously, men and beasts were transported in time, including the traveler’s food and drink. God was simply showing the doubting traveler that if He could bring him a hundred years into the future with his food, drink, and donkey all together, He could also bring back the city to a time before He had it destroyed.
In Matthew 17:1, Jesus and some of his disciples climbed a mountain for a reason that only Jesus knew. A very bright light awakened the disciples while they were sleeping, with Jesus standing between the light and the disciples. The bright light distorted Jesus’ figure, which was later misinterpreted by the writers of the Bible as the Transfiguration of Jesus. Emerging from the light were Prophet Moses and Elijah, who spoke with Jesus. NEITHER OF THE THREE PROPHETS WERE TRANSFIGURED NOR SPIRITUALIZED, or else, the disciples would not have offered to build for each of them a tavern or a shelter to spend the night, meaning they were BODILY PRESENT. Similarly, Moses and Elijah must have traveled in time to Jesus’ place, possibly to deliver a message. It was after this that Jesus continued to tell his disciples that he was going to heaven, but he would return.

THE EXPECTED RETURN OF PROPHET JESUS, PROPHET ELIJAH (May peace be upon them both), AND THE MAHDI (12th Imam of Shi’ia Islam) ARE THE BODIES OF EVIDENCE THAT TIME TRAVEL IS NO FICTION.

Believe it or not, the world we think we know and the beliefs we hold to be true may not be what we think they are. Time travel could be simpler than we think, and the knowledge thereof may truly bring us (as it did the prophets) face to face with our Creator…maybe with a hearty laugh. THE TRUTH IS INDEED EVER STRANGER THAN FICTION.

THE PROPHET'S SIGNS OF THE END TIMES (2)

The last hour will not come before wealth is abundant and overflowing among the Arabs…

The last hour will not come before a portion of the Arabs who do not wear shoes compete with one another to build high rise buildings…

The last hour will not come before the lands of the Arabs become meadows and rivers…

THE DARANGEN: EPIC OF THE MARANAWS

DARANGEN: EPIC OF THE MARANAWS

The following epic is strange as it is stunning. I could not imagine how my people got hold of such a work of genius. It is the world’s longest epic, and it has now been translated into the English language. It takes a number of readers to complete the epic in days of continuous singing monologue. All of the 17 episodes have now been translated, although not as good as we wish it to be. The shortcomings of the last translators can be attributed to shortsightedness. They have confined themselves to the present setting where the Maranaw people have lived for how long; nobody knows for sure. They even tried to trace some of the places in Mindanao Island that bear some resemblance to the places in the story. However, they cannot be faulted because most translators are strangers to the Maranaw dialect.

When I did the following translation, I resisted the temptation to look at earlier works because I did not want to be influenced by their language. I have to admit I struggled with my own dialect. Like any other language, classical Maranaw is a language of the ancients, and I am no different from any in the present generation.

This translation is the first-ever attempt to write the epic in a story form. If there are other works in the past of the same format, I am not aware of it.

I believe, and this may surprise many, that the epic is not original to the place where my people now live. They must have taken it with them when they migrated to the highlands of Mindanao in the south of what is now the Philippines and settled around the lake. It is even very possible that individual poets may have added some of their thoughts to the epic, which will account for the presence of some modern words in the story.

The epic could not be a mere story of tribal wars, a belief held by many that misled translators. When one speaks of local tribal wars, one cannot be speaking of an armada of warships with captains waving spyglasses (ocular telescopes), princes and princesses, emperors and kings, allied kingdoms and armies in battle formations. Suppose the epic is original to where the Maranaw people now live. How can the writer be talking of blue-eyed blondes, brunettes, and red-haired beauties unless the story was written when Europeans landed in the Asia-Pacific region.

The writer is the Marco Polo of my people, a true adventurer of the first kind. As a writer, he is the Homer of Asia. As a spiritual being, he is a class of his own. How did he know, for instance, that the human aura emits light, and collectively, a group of joyous beings can set a place glow with variant colors? He knew that human aura radiates various colors depending on human emotions, moods, and personalities.

At one point in the history of my people, "Iranons" were the most feared pirates in the Asia Pacific, but they were never known to be shipbuilders. They built vintas, long, slender, and fast sailing boats that could outrun (outsail) any ship at the time. It is possible, therefore, that the writer may have been in the company of those raiding parties. Even then, the writer must be a genius in fiction writing, as you will see in the following translation. Even the choice of words is very striking. Names of people and places are endowed with descriptive meanings, but one word I found really stunning was “KAMBARANGAY A KLONG.” It literally means the mechanical transformation of a warrior’s shield that enables the possessor to fly short and long distances in the air and through the clouds. It also allows the warrior to display acrobatic maneuvers in combat, the kind you can only see in a computer-generated movie.

The epic is a combination of Sleeping Beauty, The Trojan Wars, Power Rangers, and the Lord of the Rings packaged into one. You will probably think that some of the scenes are my creation, but no. I stay as close as possible to the real meaning, although I admit I was tempted many times to stray away to have a wider latitude, but I didn’t. In one scene, an enchanted fairy princess gives the hero of this episode a magical sword that will render him invisible. The fairy’s instruction on how to make it work is the kind of scene you will only see in high-tech movies of modern times. You will be the judge.

The writer was the first among men to have imagined TIME TRAVEL. Swimming with his wife in the lake, the hero of one of the episodes was sucked into a “time whirlpool.” He suddenly found himself in another place and time. He was completely amnesic of who he was. He wandered into the place, had a wife, and shirred two sons. When he remembered who he was, he found himself gasping for air. He was drowning, and when he surfaced, he found his wife exactly where he left her bathing. He must have traveled back in time because, in the later part of the story, he met his son, meaning at some stretch of time, there were two of him coexisting like a lovely time travel fiction movie.

THIS TRANSLATED EPISODE IS A TRIBUTE TO THE GENIUS OF MY PEOPLE

MECCA: NEW JERUSALEM FULFILLED

MECCA: NEW JERUSALEM FULFILLED

Once, in the 1980s, I had a miraculous experience in Mecca (Haram Mosque) that I have not shared with anyone to this day, as I am still seeking answers. It happened not once but 3 times on different occasions, separated by years. I read the Book of Revelation in 1990 in search of the Beast 666, when, at the height of the conflict in Iraq/Babylon, the United Nations passed Resolution 666. My discovery of the Beast 666 (United Nations) seemed at the time to be huge, in fact monumental, but I am laughably a Muslim parroting about the Bible. Who would listen to me?

Far more significant, I realized later, than my discovery of the Beast 666 was my simultaneous discovery of the New Jerusalem. So I said, "This is it." I was referring to my miraculous experiences in Mecca, which occurred more than 10 years earlier.

My hair was virtually standing on end as I read the Biblical verses describing the New Jerusalem, because I knew exactly where it was: Mecca (Haram Mosque). Although I have visited Mecca many times, when I was reading the Bible, I had no idea how many Gates there were. Unlike today, where everything you want to know is just a click away, I had to search for a postcard from Mecca. From an old, discarded newspaper, I found a black-and-white aerial photo of the mosque. To my disappointment, the Grand Mosque had only nine gates (three on the East, three on the North, and three on the West). I felt terribly disappointed because the Bible described the New Jerusalem in precise terms as having 12 gates, three on each of the South, North, West, and East. However, four years later (1994), I was reading the Arab News when one of the articles shook my hands as I read.

The mosque’s extension (with new gates numbered 4 in the photo), which can accommodate thousands more worshippers, was completed. I said, “Oh my God, it is done.” I saw for the first time a photo of the completed New Jerusalem.

Revelation 21:12: “It had a great high wall with 12 gates…”
Revelation 21:13: “There were 3 gates on the East, 3 on the North, 3 on the South, and 3 on the West…”
Revelation 21:16: “The city was laid out like a square as long as it was wide…”
Revelation 21:17: “He measured its walls, and it was 144 cubits [200 feet]…”
Revelation 21:24: “The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the Earth will bring their splendor into it…”
Revelation 21:25: “On no day will its gates ever be shut for there will be no nights there…”
Revelation 21:26: “The glory and honor of nations will be brought to it…”
Revelation 21:27 “Nothing impure will ever enter it nor anyone who does what is shameful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.”
Revelation 21:16: “He measured the city with a rod and found it to be 12,000 stadia [2,000 km]…”

The 2,000 km puzzle took me three months to solve. One night, I was on duty with a Syrian friend working at the laboratory. It occurred to me that he sometimes drives his car to Syria when he's on vacation. He must have an idea of how far Mecca is from Jerusalem, so I asked without telling him why I was interested. He took a pen and a piece of paper and started calculating. 2,000 km, he blurted out.
The New Jerusalem is the Holy ground between the “Haram Mosque” in Mecca and the “Aqsa Mosque” in Jerusalem, with the Prophet’s mosque at Medina sitting in between. This is the distance Abraham traveled in his time, the same distance separating his two sons, Ishmael and Isaac.
Some Muslims do not agree with me for citing the Bible as a prophetic book, but I said that if I can open the eyes of Christians to the truth of the Bible (which they believe in) that the New Jerusalem is Mecca, they will turn to Islam for a second look. Jews and Christians used to perform the pilgrimage to Mecca, a religious ritual initiated by Abraham and his son, Ishmael. Still, somewhere along the arrow of time, the Muslims closed it to non-Muslims entirely.

I have no doubt whatsoever that the biblical prophecy of the coming of the New Jerusalem is fulfilled. It is the most critical sign, probably the most staggering religious discovery of all time, because, with it, THE END TIME is almost certain to happen in our children’s lifetime if not in ours. It is the most critical sign that Jesus’ second coming is imminent because, according to the Bible, the second coming is contingent upon the arrival of the New Jerusalem. BELIEVE IT OR NOT.

MIRROR IMAGE OF HARAM MOSQUE

STRANGER THAN FICTION
This one is for the record books, if not for Ripley’s Believe It or Not. I emailed a photo of what I believe is a UFO hovering over Mecca to a UFO reporting center, but even they cannot be sure. They think it might be light glare, so they ask me to go back to the same spot and take another photo, but I am far from Mecca. I sent them instead of the other photos I took that night. They have not yet replied.
It gave me real Goosebumps as in my hair was on edge when I took another look at the photo. My desktop LCD monitor is 17 inches, so it’s big enough to give me a real view of that thing. What I saw keep my eyes wide-open because I realized what it is; a miniature reflected mirror image of “Haram mosque and the photo was taken outside its high walls. I said, "Wow, naman... how is that possible?"

My opinion is still an UFO possibly with an invisibility cloak technology whose downside reflected the outline of the brightly lighted mosque below. Aside from that; I don’t know. Please comment if I stir your imagination. Take another look...

MASSIVE UFO HOVERING OVER MECCA

MASSIVE “UFO” OVER MECCA

Wow! I may have unknowingly taken a photo of what appears to be a massive UFO hovering over Mecca. There are so many lights in the mosque at night that an object, regardless of how big, may pass unnoticed over the massive building. It appeared in two of the pictures I took. It is a little further in one but had moved closer in the other (picture above). I took this photo in the evening of May 21, 2011. I was in Mecca for an “umrah pilgrimage” with my brother and his family. I didn’t notice the strange disc until 11 days later (June 2) while I was dragging the photos into a folder.

I am not ruling out the possibility that it could be reflected light, but how a reflection fuses into a disc with different colors and produces other lights, 4 of which are distinctly bright white lights and other dim bluish lights scattered over what looked like the main body of the huge UFO spaceship. Be the judge. I plan to send the photo to some UFO experts for opinion.

The clock tower is not only the biggest clock in the world; it is the second tallest building in the world; second only to the Burj Khalifa in Dubai so you can imagine the height where the UFO is hovering.

AN INTRODUCTION TO MY BLOG

AN INTRODUCTION TO MY BLOG

WELCOME TO MY BLOG!

Writing is my passion; well, I should do it in a very simple manner of expression. Writing is a hobby of sorts for many. Yes, that's me, and many others like me, out there. Thanks to the net, the web, or whatever you call it. Without it, what we write may never be read, and I say...what a waste. Unlike people in the media who are told what to say or write in a scripted manner, people who write because it is their first love write of things that spring forth from their hearts.

Some friends are pressing me to make my own website. I don’t know; maybe I will.

I have written 2 books; one was published, and the other was not. There are actually 3 books; the third being the closest to my heart. It is my translation of the most popular episodes of the “Maranaw Darangen”: The Abduction of Princess Lawanen. Pass the word, guys...I will give it to you in a series. All the people who have read a portion of it were awestruck by its beauty; I mean the beauty of the Darangen; the world’s longest epic. It makes you proud to be a Maranaw.

If you follow my blog, I will not disappoint you. I am new to blogging, although I am not new to the internet. Why I discovered blogging so very late surprises even me. I have been busy writing on other sites; it's time to consolidate them in one place I can call my own. Hmm! I chose a blog because it is free. Why pay for a domain when you can have it for free? Besides, Google is not poor. Blogging is one of many that helped build their company to what it is today: A user-friendly monster! Love it...
