NOT QUITE THE WAY YOU DREAMED OF IT...

I was going over my volumes of files for another important book I am planning to write when I came upon this one from surfingtheapocalypse.net. I was a regular on that network for a few years until I was banned by the moderator for a ridiculous reason that I suspect is no reason at all. Some of my posts were viewed more than 1,000 times in a few days. If I was not banned, I would not have become a blogger. Thank you, Theresa!

We tend to be idealists in our younger days. We have dreams and visions...goals. We strive to be the best in what we do in college because it is our envisioned tool to get there. But somehow, along the way, we slowed down with family responsibilities that we didn’t factor out in our plans. We got there alright, but not quite the way we dreamed of it.

I will call my life a success if my children are okay before I fade into the sunset.
